We are proud to say The Badger Company is a GAF Master Elite™ contractor. Backed by GAF it is your assurance that you’ll be dealing with a quality, reputable, and dependable professional contractor.
Only 2% of all roofing contractors have qualified as GAF Master Elite contractors! This is because of GAF’s stringent standards.
The Badger Company:
- Properly Licensed
Our License number –
- Adequately Insured
for your protection
- Have a Proven Reputation
for providing quality roofing services throughout the community
- Committed to Ongoing Professional Training
to ensure quality installation
Because of our unique factory-certified status, the roofs The Badger Company installs as a Master Elite contractor are eligible for special warranties — all backed by GAF’s financial clout as North America’s largest roofing manufacturer.
After all, a warranty is only as good as the manufacturer that stands behind it. With a GAF roof, you know that you will be covered throughout the warranty period—without fail! Ask your Mike or Josh which warranty option would be right for your home.
Top 2% of all contractors nationwide are GAF Master Elite. Only for standout contractors with the following qualifications:
- A+ BBB rating
- possess an established license for the state you work in
- be current with distributor partners in receivables
- have been in business for at least 3 years
- consistently shows ethical contracting in an area
GAF Master Elite is the only contractor that can offer 2 of the best warranties in the industry, Silver Pledge and Gold Pledge, both backed by GAF. GAF also covers Master Elites workmanship. 95% of the issues that arise on a roofing project are related to the installation of the product, not the product itself. Most other roofing manufacturers leave it to the property owner to settle disputes directly with the contractor. The Badger Company stands behind their work, but if an issue arises we will return to the site and correct our mistakes.
Most other contractors are either not going to have the money to fix problems, will be out of business because 85% of all contractors go out of business within their first 2 years, and/or it would be too costly, and they will argue with the property owner as to who is at fault.
“Storm Chasers”, also known as contractors, licensed or not, travel the country following big storms and tornados looking for storm damage repair work. GAF does not permit theses storm chasers to be Master Elite certified. Master Elite status makes a contractor that status for the state they are licensed in. A Master Elite contractor licensed in Wisconsin is only licensed that way in Wisconsin. The GAF website has a “Contractor Locator” page that will show property owners GAF Master Elite contractors in their area. In order for a contractor and their crew to keep their Master Elite status, they are required to undergo specific training throughout each year which ensures that the contractors and crew have the expertise to install GAF products properly.
Other manufacturers have similar certifications like the GAF Master Elite certification, but only require a contractor to sign a piece of paper or sell more product than their competitors. GAF Master Elite certification must be renewed yearly after GAF approves the contactor.
